Chuck is ExecutiveLead’s Founder and President.

He specializes in human capital strategic planning, recruiting, talent assessment, and career transition coaching.

A Russian linguist, Chuck served as a Naval officer from homeports both stateside and abroad. Afterward, he spent several years with Emerson Electric before joining Heidrick and Struggles, an international executive search firm, where he honed his skills in the best practices of retained executive recruiting. Since founding ExecutiveLead in 2002, Chuck has become a trusted advisor to his clients in all matters pertaining to leadership and human capital.

For years, he has volunteered with and/or served as a board director for numerous community-focused organizations. He holds an undergraduate degree as well as an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
